The detailed Strategic Research Plan and the Feasibility Plan are elaborated in compliance with the pace and form prescribed by the tendering requirements set forth by the National Office for Research and Technology. Work phases: the status-report is followed by the development of one or several visions, then comes the definition of the research strategy and the elaboration of the Feasibility Plan which describes its implementation.
As a final result, an action plan will be prepared that can be implemented by research-development, however the elaboration of a concrete R&D project is not the mission of the platform.
